Pineda Landscape

Great job. Prompt response and completion of work.

We had a major leak in our sprinkler system that was flooding the yard. They had the leak isolated and fixed within half a day. Great service and great work. I will use again.

Excellent service

Pineda Landscaping was hired to install ~38 PVC feeder from an existing sprinkler line beneath an existing concrete patio. The installation went smoothly until he hit a large boulder about halfway through which prohibited further access of the line and had to terminate the effort. He went ahead and completed the installation of the line and one sprinkler head. He adjusted his original quote accordingly. Upon completion of the effort, I also asked him to exam a leaky sprinkler line beneath the front driveway. He provided an initial quote and we said to proceed. He returned 4 days later and discovered that the leak was coming from a concrete saw cut in the original cast iron pipe that had been installed beneath the driveway years ago. He suggested that a small wedge of the existing driveway would have to be removed and the cut in the cast iron pile be welded shut. He said this would increase his original estimate due to the rental of a portable welding unit. We agreed to the additional cost, the equipment was rented, the pipe was welded, tested, and all work was satisfactory.

Prompt service! Everything seems to be working well.

This gentlemen was able to provide me with options that lead to a significant financial difference in the bids. His ability to communicate the a number of options in the work really helped stay within my budget and provide excellent service. My lawn began improving immediately with a working sprinkling system. My tenant couldn't stop saying wonderful things about Eduardo. He had already explained the work to me but he also took the time to speak with the tenant and get my sprinkling system up and working in the time stated. Thanks again!

I had the weeds around my house pulled/removed. Eduardo was very easy to work with and the work was done nicely.

Eduardo does a great job. I don't have a lawn but lots of shrubs and trees that need trimming monthly. He comes and does a terrific job every month. He has also done a lot of repairs on my drip system and repaired broken sprinkler pipes. Highly recommend.

Mr. Pineda is a knowledgable and helpful businessman. I will be calling him in the future when I need help.
