It was great

Kevin with Pinehurst Plumbing came to fix a problem we had had for a while. We had a previous plumber come to try and fix the problem He was afraid he would need to cut into my wall. I needed to hire someone who did that kind of work first. You know when someone scares you about a problem, well that’s what happened with the previous plumber so we didn’t have someone come again for a while. Our problem got worse and so we talked to Pinterest Plumbing. Kevin came to fix the problem. Not only did he NOT have to cut into our wall to fix the problem, he fixed the problem and changed out parts in both areas of our problem and with better parts to hopefully last longer than the previous ones. Let me also add Pinterest Plumbing was very reasonable with the repair. You know when you have a bad experience with for example a dentist, and you don’t want to go to any dentist again. Well I feel like we had a so so experience with the previous plumber and didn’t want to call another. Pinterest Plumbing changed that experience for us. I don’t always give 5 stars for anyone or business. However Pinehurst Plumbing deserves our 5 stars. Kevin was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I even asked about another questionable noise. He looked into that and assured us that it was not a plumbing problem or a problem at all. We were so relived. If you need a plumber I suggest you give PINEHURST PLUMBING a call, it will be the best call you will make.

kevin was truly a professional, he was ontime, polite, very meticulous on doing the job we hired him for. his pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Plumber.

Pinpointed a leaking pipe and was done in less than 30 minutes.

The entire experience was great easy online quote, fair market pricing easy onsite debit/credit card payments. My job was a hose Bibb the entire job took 25-30 minutes and it saves me 30 trips to Lowe's doing it myself. The gentleman that does the work is prompt courteous friendly and his wife that scheduled the call was very personable and friendly. I will always stand behind a business that provides great customer service. Fixing the plumbing is not so bad providing a great customer service experience is priceless to me. Thank you all

I had a water heater in need of replacement. I discovered the issue late afternoon 11/6/25. Kevin immediately put together an invoice based on pictures and my own description. He showed up this morning at 9:00 am, was very friendly and professional, and the work is done less than 24 hours later. It is now noon on 11/7/25 as I write this. The quality is up to par, and even exceeds what you see with larger base contractors. The pricing is fair and competitive, and the punctuality is solid. I would strongly recommend Kevin and company to anyone looking for quality and competitively priced work. Also the fact that he is a small local business makes it that much better. Thank you Kevin!
