If your experience with Oakmont Flooring sounds like mine. Please file a report with the Georgia Attorney Generalâ s Consumer Protection Division. He cannot continue to do this to people. UPDATE 1: We are suing Oakmont Flooring because he refuses to return our deposit. This is the least professional operation I have ever seen. Please choose anyone else. You will regret choosing Oakmont Flooring if even the slightest thing goes wrong during your project. See below for the details. BACKSTORY: Nathan of Oakmont Flooring gave us a 4-6 day timeline for our flooring project. They removed our old floors then did next to nothing for five weeks. During this time, Nathan would not respond to my text messages or calls asking when we would begin. He eventually gave us a deadline, but they had not even started installation by that date. We met in person to discuss the project, and he admitted that he had lied about the previous deadlines. He said if our project was not finished within 5 days (34 days after our old floors were removed), we would get a full refund and be freed of our contract. On the day of this new deadline, his installer showed up and began installing the wrong product (seems like something they picked up from Floor and Decor on the way over). This was unacceptable. We terminated our contract and requested a refund. Nathan gave us a refund check, but it bounced. We are currently working on getting our money back from him. We put a lot of trust in Nathan throughout this process, and he let us down.

They worked with me based on the look that I wanted and the options compatible with my house. They were able to take my requests. They made sure that my floors were smooth and clean when they finished.

I recomend them, but make sure about paint.
