Technician was very open and honest with what was going on and why we were seeing issues. He completed the install of the new system and everything has been smooth sailing from there. Great customer service, very friendly.

The costs were high. The Repair has to cut a hole in my garage Sheetrock to replace the faucet, but the high price paid did not include fixing the hole! Also asked for him to be careful going under house since I just encapsulated it, and when I checked it, I found 3 slits/ tears in the floor cover.
