I did not choose to hire this plumber because I received a quote three times the average price per this app, they want you to buy a two-year membership with their company, and because I did not hire them, I was charged $31 for the quote.

"We inform everyone at the time of scheduling that we have a $29 service fee (plus tax). There is no obligation to sign up for our membership program, which is available for a one year or two-year term. Many customers with large jobs, or those who plan to use us often, find great value in the membership program because of the automatic 15% off and no service fees for future appointments. We're sorry that you feel our price was too high."

Because I was in much distress of my brother Michael P. Shane and all things were known beforehand I was taking of advantage and I gave a second chance to them that I will tell everyone and anyone that will know what is really like on blogs. Where do people like this sleep at night? My first job here was a fluke with you because it was in possible to check out on him, I also notified you and you did nothing about him or contacted me back what kind of people are you I could and did the work he did and told him. I did not like the sales pitch for membership. I wanted my toilet repaired. Way too much paperwork to replace four bolts on a toilet tank. $382 - ridiculous . The holidays were coming and I was pressed for time. I would not have paid this under normal circumstances. I will say the service tech was professional and I believe followed the protocol to sell stuff. He was a great guy! Membership- come on man!

Scam! Tried to charge me $1,200 for a 12x12 dining room with just wall paint and molding. The guy quoting was super nice. The company then tried forcing me to become a member. I want my money back! They also charge $30.00 to come out and quote

They are very professional, know how to do it and a pleasure to have in your home. While here I also had the fix a clogged drain. I think they can do it all. My experience was very positive.
