Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Did a decent job cutting the lawn. Had to call him back a couple times to go over patches. Unreliable didn't show up as he said he would. I even let him put his sign up. He just stopped showing up.

"Customer was awkward in the beginning, asking me to perform services and get paid at a later time. I did this a couple of times for him until he was making it a habit. The customer then wanted me to install a rock walkway, but only had a budget of $300. I explained to him that the materials alone were a little over $270 and I could not install the rock walkway for $30. He became upset and told me he no longer needed my service. Very dishonest individual and I should?ve listen to my gut instinct"

Jim showed up right away and did an amazing job. He is reliable professional and takes pride in his work. I am so happy at how my yard looks now I would highly recommend him.
