Did not fix the issue, and never returned to fix it. Also, took money to buy supplies for other jobs and never returned. Out $300 with no work done. Has not reimbursed me after 2 weeks.

Quick to respond and had our issue fixed within a couple of hours. Very reasonable!

HE COULD NOT CLEAR MY DRAIN BUT TRIED. IT MIGHT BE HAVING PROBLEMS UNDER GROUND.HE WAS VERY NICE AND TRIED FOR TWO HOURS.I WILL USE HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN.

We've lived in our house for about eleven years and have never needed to contract a plumber. I had no idea of what to expect when I needed to have this repair made. Mr. Pinkston was professional throughout, on time, specific with his recommendations and completed the work when promised. Most importantly, he was patient and took the time to explain precisely what was going on to a difficult and demanding client -- namely me. I don't know if it will be another eleven years before another plumbing issue arises, but I would definitely trust Pinkston Plumbing to do the work.

I hired him to complete the installation of a Bosch tankless water heater. I had already mounted it to the wall and vented it. He indicated that he was very experienced with this type of installation and was in fact, a certified dealer/installer for Renai Tankless Water Heaters. He asked me to provide materials, took about 2.5 hours and charged me $425. Unfortunately, Mr. Pinkston was not enthusiastic about Bosch water heaters, was unwilling to follow Bosch installation requirements, and the system has failed to perform properly.

Mr. Pinkston was very professional. He gave a timely estimate and showed up on time and completed the work as he said he would. He went out of his way to do a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I plan on using his services again in the near future.

An exceptional experience! Mr Pinkston arrived on schedule, and quickly diagnosed our problem. Our new water heater was installed quickly, and in no time everything was ready to go! Our home was left clean and tidy, and now that we have at last found a reliable plumbing service, we will be sure to use Mr Pinkston again for all our plumbing requirements. Highly recommended.
