I knew nothing about vent/duct cleaning and he could have charged me whatever he wanted, yet he was completely honest and charged me a very fair price and went above and beyond to complete the job! Where do I begin… Our dryer started having drying issues & was told by the warranty company that it sounded like the dryer vent needed to be cleaned (warranty had expired). I contacted Angi for dryer vent cleaning & Luis was quick to respond and showed up within 10 minutes of our initial call. His quote was extremely reasonable, he was very polite, and explained every step. While cleaning & repairing our dryer vent, he leaned that whoever installed the vent outside the house, it was done incorrectly & fixed the issue for free! Luis did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Dryer works beautifully & has heat!!! My husband and I was very excited that we found him & will use him again for our next cleaning. We already started recommending him to our family & friends!!!

Hired Louis to clean my dryer vent. It was in an awkward location but he still did a thorough job. He spent way more time cleaning it than any other previous people.
