I hired Mike with Pinnacle Construction to rebuild and reframe an exterior wall of my home as part of a kitchen renovation. This included rebuilding the foundation, framing for new windows, relocating a door and moving all plumbing and electrical lines. Mike pulled all of the necessary permits and worked with an engineer to ensure the new wall would support what we were designed to build. We started this project in the middle of July and Mike showed up every day on time and put in a full days work in order to make this project as painless as possible given the renovation. If you are going to tear a hole in the side of your home in the middle of July, I would only work with Pinnacle construction to get it done!

Awesome experience coming from my 20 years of experience in construction. Mike with Pinnacle thinks about the customer as if he was the customer. Mike kept my wife and I up to date with the schedule and always called 30 minutes before anyone arrived. The work completed was super detail orientated as if Mike was constructing our work for himself. Some of the work was customized during construction and Mike was always positive with a great solution. He was upfront about any costs to changes as well. Whenever a subcontractor was needed Mike communicated with them and we had excellent results with their work. Mike also found deficient work from the original home construction. Walls without insulation and leaking air vents. He fixed anything minor he found at no cost. This was great! Overall I wouldn't want anyone else to be working on my house.
