He kept promising to have the job finished (replace garage door), but he took weeks to do it! His son came over to measure and did it incorrectly, causing further delays in him having to re-order the door before he could install it. Then he couldn't remember the price he quoted originally and tried to increase it based on his son's inaccurate measurements. Stay away from this company!

They were prompt and friendly. Couldn't have been more than 4 hours from the time I submitted my request to Service Magic and when the repairs were complete.

When I sent out for estimates I indicated that the door was 9'. When they came they were not prepared. They left my old door button but took my working remote keypad - they did replace it when I called. The unit works but is extremely noisy. I have never had such a noisy unit. It took way longer to install than it should have.

Pinnacle Door Services responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately. An installer came to the house prepeared to replace my opener. the very next day- a Saturday no less! However, he determined that the sysytem could be fixed rather than replaced, therfore saving me money. He fixed the supposed problem and said to call if the door continued to act up. The fix, after a week, proved necessary, but not the problem, so I called back. Within 3 days, I had a call back, an installer and a repaired gargae door opener- still saving me money because I did not have to purchase an entirely new opener. Great job! Thank you!!

Ken was very helpful in helping me pick out my garage doors. He stayed in communiction with me through the whole process. When being installed, one panel was slightly damaged and Pinnacle was quick to order another one and install it as soon as it came in. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage doors.
