Old house? New house? Weird smell you can't explain? We get it, and we're here to help you figure out what's actually going on. Pinnacle Environmental (PEAC, LLC) is a SD/OC/LA based testing team that specializes in finding out what's really in your environment, whether that's asbestos, lead paint, mold, air quality issues, or just plain grime (yes, we test for that too with ATP surface testing). Here's what makes us different: we're completely independent. We don't do remediation, we don't sell fixes, and we don't have a reason to tell you anything other than what our testing actually shows. Every sample goes to an accredited lab, so the results are solid enough to stand behind, whether you're buying a home, settling an insurance claim, or just want to breathe easier. We show up, we test it right, and we give it to you straight. Homeowners, property managers, insurance companies, and government clients all count on us for the same reason: real answers, no runaround.
