This is a copy of a letter I sent to Bob Wheeler Mr. Wheeler, The Air/heat pump that you installed in August has been an ongoing problem since the installation culminating in the collapse of an elbow union off the heater. I have a board supporting the vent currently and, if memory serves me there was a support strap there prior to your installation process. I remember when I told you that the vents were not producing any airflow. You got up on a ladder and felt the damper motor for zone 2. You disconnect the damper and then went to your next AC install. Since then, I downloaded the HZ432 manual and checked Your wiring. The reason why the damper for Zone 1 was overheating is that the damper (spring open/power close) connected to the M1/M4 connection instead of the M1/M6 required for ARD or ZD dampers. Your team also mixed up the zone connections for the 2 zones. They were switched. I found out after testing the voltage to the dampers while calling for heat or air separately to each zone one at a time. The only thing good coming out of doing business with you is that the cost of the Air/heat pump unit was very competitive otherwise it was a total disaster. I have A few options open. I can take you to court and give you a very poor review detailing everything in this letter. You can come here and make things right, or I can call my wifes daughter who has friends in the HVAC business and have them come here and correct you shoddy work. The choice is yours Art and Helen

Very professional, installed my gas furnace and central air and removed the old system same day, had me up and running, neat, courteous, and the best estimate of 5 I got. Also it was during the Covid19 pandemic and they wore masks and gloves and I can't tell you how happy we are with Pinnacle. Wouldn't ever use anybody else.

He is very prompt,clean and tells you everything so you can understand what they are doing.I would use the company again!!

Bob was kind, precise, professional and very informative. He went above and beyond with his call and did extra trying to trouble shoot the problem with my heating unit.
