His technicians, Jerrod and Raven, arrived on time for 4 days and did an outstanding job of prepping the crawlspace by removing existing insulation, remediating mold and mildew, sealing the vents, installing a dehumidifier, and replacing the existing access door. They understood my issues, concerns, and expectations. Although there were a couple of days where rain caused a work stoppage, they were prompt once the weather lifted and finished the project within predetermined timelines.

John was pleasant, understanding and above all trustworthy. I made a mess of my yard, he restored my yard by properly installing a French drain. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it.

The guys from Pinnacle did great job. Even when the system they installed didn't quite work as planned , they came back and tweaked the system and it seems to be working just fine. I highly recommend them, very professional.
