Horrible experience with this company. My mom gave 1/2 her deposit to Erin back in October of 2024. They stated the door was coming from the warehouse 11/22. After multiple phone calls and text messages with Erin she only got back to my mom after I threatened to go to the police for elder abuse. She said ?oh we have her scheduled for 2/15? even though she never communicated that with my mom. She then did not show up on the 15th and said she was refunding my mom and we have yet to receive the payment. DO NOT use this company.

They are out of Business with our $2,600 deposit and ceasing communication.

Pinnacle Garage doors should not be on any home advisor, Angis list, or garage door website. We contracted with Erin and Shawn Hollar on June 15th, 2022 for 2 brand new garage doors, their installation, and also a new garage door open. We paid them $2778.00 towards our new doors. To this date, we have received NOTHING. They refuse to communicate at all. We were awarded a refund through Fair Claims and were told the money was in the mail on July 3rd, 2023. So now, if they do communicate they lie. To this date, we have received NOTHING. We will now have to sue them to recover our money. They should not be in business and our experience has been absolutely AWFUL. 14 months later and we do not have our money or new garage doors. John and Melissa Dougherty

I put 2/3 for the price of the job down ahead of time. It has been five weeks. No one returns my call I know the door has been in for the past two weeks. No one will call me. I left them two messages they never get back to you I would not recommend. I am about to get the money back and cancel on my credit card.

From their very first phone call, the customer service was exemplary and their follow-ups to ensure an installation date as well. I will definitely refer them to my friends and I am very pleased with the products I have. Great job, Pinnacle!!

The job on my garage door was completely done with no problem and Iâ m very happy with the work.

I have used this company 2 times. First time was great. This most recent time I put in an order for 6 garage doors in Dec 2022 with expectation of 6-8 week turn around. After numerous text messages, phone calls, and emails to both Erin and Shawn I have not received a call back for an update on my order. I called Amarr manufacturer directly today and was told my order was never placed by Pinnacle and to dispute the hefty $4K deposit I placed with them on my credit card. Now I have to find someone else to place an order and wait again for the doors to come in.

Appointment scheduling was very flexible. Service was quick and technician was very knowledgeable. Payment options were convenient and they even gave me a remote garage door opener since I didn’t have one. Would very highly recommend.

They were able to come out the same day! I contacted them around 11:30am and they arrived before 4:30pm. I was able to send photos of my garage issue so they could be prepared, if necessary, before they arrived. They arrived and immediately started working on the repair. Luckily for me it wasn't major issue! They also checked and adjusted the springs while they were here, as well as provide maintenance recommendations. I'm glad I was able to connect Pinnacle to fix my door! :-) The original installer told me it would be approximately a four week wait! :-O Thanks Pinnacle! :-)

This Company are the nicest people. They are prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable.

We are disappointed with the lack of communication. we ordered two garage doors in June and we till the day we have not gotten the installation made.

They were amazing. Very responsive to an situation and gets to you within a day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Shawn and Erin work as a team from beginning to end. They are professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

They are an excellent company I called them , they came the same day. They found the problem , called manufacture of door opener , found part was under warranty , got the part for free. Then installed ar reasonable price . I would highly recommend them

Fantastic Service! Great with communicating, if there is a parts update. Came and temporarily fixed my garage door, then ordered the spring, and replaced it for a very reasonable price. The owner has many many years of experience. I would give them 10 stars.
