Replaced my oil furnace. Spilled oil all over my basement and also on some of the wall to wall carpet. Permanent stains of course. Banged up the door jams. Also did not have all of the parts to complete in one day. Spent a very cold weekend waiting for them to return. Would never recommend them for a residential job. A disaster

Came when they said they would, finished within the time parameters given, interacted with my tenat positively. Had a variety of payment options.

I requested quotetes for a entire new HVAC system for my home and Nick was great to deal with and he even quoted product that i requested which qualified for the tax credit etc. This turned out to be a favorable option for both of us. The job was completed in one day and very clean and thourough. very competative pricing as well.

Very pleased with the installation and the quality of work. I coordinated with 3 contractors from Service Magic and requested a bid for a new HVAC. I challenged the contractors to think outside the box and come back with a bid that would be competitive. All three contractors came to the house and conducted an assessment of the work, listened to my concerns and presented bids. Nick was the low bidder. But it was his honest approach, and the fact a simple part that a competitor wanted over $120 more (drip pan - that adds nothing to the performance), sealed the deal. He has followed up with answers to questions I had. Well done.

I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. to anyone needing HVAC service. Not only did they come out right away, but they found the problem in the first 5 minutes they were there and fixed it right away. Mr. Miller was very professional and took the time to thoughroughly explain all of the questions and concerns that I had. I was very impressed.

Nick Miller contacted me immediately after I posted my request and was able to come to my the very next day. Service prognosis was fast and accurate. Only downside is I thought the cost of services was a little high.
