He called promptly, said he would arrive that evening but did not come until early the next morning which was acceptable to us. The price was fair and the work was quite good.

He didn't get here until 1:00 AM Tuesday because his plow was stuck in another location, and the other plow was waiting for a part. He did a fine job on the driveway, and I would use Dan again. Hopefully the next time it would be earlier in the day.

They did a great job for a fair price. I will use them next year for sure. The day he was scheduled to come out, his aerator broken down. He called right away to let me know what happened. He had the aerator fixed that day and aerated first thing the next morning. I think what makes a pro is not how they handle things when they go well, but how they handle them when they do not. I was very happy and would recommend for sure.

I am not a local person, and I spoke with Kyle on the phone. He went the same day and had a look at the property. He called and said that he would get to it by the end of the week. That was fine. I asked him about payment, and he told me not to worry, a bill would be sent. That was amazing to me that he would accept the work without prior payment. When the job was completed, a bill was sent, and I paid promptly. I think that's a good working relationship. I haven't seen the work because my trip to Asheville was postponed, but given our phone conversations, I cannot believe that it is anything other than stellar.

Punctual and reasonable. Kyle was great to work with and will be doing more for us in the future. Highly recommended!
