Terry and his team were friendly and professional! They worked in 100 plus degree weather to stay on schedule, and unlike other contractors Iâ  ve dealt with in the past, Terry was always there when he said he would be. His experience and recommendations were extremely helpful in getting the backyard beyond what we thought was possible!!

Stamped Concrete Installation
Terry Neeley was a very Unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Do a search on youtube for #PinnaclePoolsAndLandscapeElkGrove to get more details. Personally having extensive construction background, I had initially hired Terry because he seemed to be knowledgeable in the proposed work and was very fast in responding to all my inquiries when compared to other potential contractors (most never ever responded to me). My job consisted of 3500+ sqft of concrete work both in both the front and backyard, a 40 ft retaining wall, 2000+ sqft of artificial grass and 300+ sqft of landscape rocks in the front. Needless to say, the honeymoon was over after the second week of the job (it was a two month project). Throughout the project, Terry would get mad at me when I would question procedures that were done for my project. I would always create my sentences as questions whereas he took them as He would respond back aggressively Why are you telling me how to do my job? Huh? I am paying you lots of money to have this done to my satisfaction. All my questions had some merit. It was getting bad with his attitude that he would start asking me Why are you always home? Hello! Its COVID and I work from home now. The straw that finally broke the camel back was when I questioned the obvious awful seam work on the artificial grass installation he was performing (he was using a *scissor* to cut the seams LOL) where there were à ½? inch gaps and overlaps along the entire seam where two of the turfs connected. He got so mad at me for asking if he was going the leave the seams that way and he responded by physically threatening me as well as putting a lien on my house and coming back to tear down everything he had done. It got to the point where we had to call the police to personally escort Terry (and his equipment) off my property. We are currently pursuing legal actions against him. I usually write reviews for work well done, but in this case this was the absolute other extreme. I just want to make sure that future customers do

"Our company maintained a positive manner of communication during the entire process of work. We hold all of our clients in high regard and treat them with respect and dignity. We were always more than happy to answer any questions having to do with the work. It seems Mr. Clement has twisted or misinterpreted general conversations we had. We certainly did not question his being at home. It simply came up in conversation. Mr. Clement was impatient as a result of not understanding what steps it would take to arrive at the final product. There are many factually incorrect items in his review, among the most important are 1) it was our company who actually had to call the police due to Mr. Clements behavior. This was also proven in our legal case. This has never happened to us! 2) accusations about inaccuracies in our pool gallery are false. Mr. Clement tried to make a legal claim against our bond, and at the State Contractors board. Both the Bonding agency and The State Board of Contractors dropped his claim immediately because no issues were found. Unfortunately, the client simply did not want to pay the final amount of over $10,000 which he did not. Please see all the other great reviews that attest to how we truly treat our clients. Good team to have the work needed done. They were on time and had very knowledgeable. They did the job fast and looks good. Cleaned up after themselves and explained what to do for next couple of days like stay of it and water it down. Looks very good neighbors even day it good and price was good.

I was working with three different companies. My job was not huge, and I could not get very good responses from other two companies. Terry was able to come within 2 days of my call. I use his customer service and communications with my staff of 27 to demonstrate how we like to get service outside Information Technology. Terry always communicated all through the project.

I would have given 10 stars for the quality and customer service but only able to give 5 ;) Terry is extremely professional and gives such amazing customer service!! He stopped by one day and gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It was a smaller job so he was able to fit it in between the other jobs. The driveway looks amazing and we are so pleased! Thanks bunches!!

Stamped Concrete Installation
Mr. Neeley (Terry) is very professional and his work is well above par. I received no less than four quotes/estimates from local contractors and I am very happy with my decision to go with Pinnacle landscape Development. We had to move a three year old Crimson Queen Japanese Maple to widen the walkway. Terry took such care to make sure the tree was not out of the ground longer than it had to be. I am three weeks completed and my tree is doing just fine and the concrete looks amazing. I can not wait to do the same in the back yard.

I love my experience with Pinnacle. I live where I have an HOA and Terry itemized everything and broke down the scope so I could easily submit to my HOA. He was the only landscape company that did bids that honestly said the sewer clean out in lawn would get messed up during a tree removal that another company was hired for. Terry included in his quote the sewer clean out box and cover. Other companies said they didn t know where to get a new cover. Terry always returned texts, calls and was good at explaining and answering my questions along the way. His prices are excellent and his work is superb. I ve gotten so many compliments from neighbors. My lawn looked terrible before he started due to horrible tree roots and other companies said it was a nightmare job to remove all the roots from giant aristocrat pears. Terry made me feel safe with hiring him and never referred to it as a nightmare job. He just kept saying it s going to look beautiful when it s done. The day the roots were bulldozed from the ground he looked like a kid driving a toy bulldozer having fun. Terry didnt just make the sale and have others do the job, but he did the job himself along with another very competent employee. The two worked solid. Worked very hard in bad weather to complete the job. Backyard now drains properly to the street. If using credit card, make sure to write it into the contract.
