Frankie was excellent in his presentation and explanation of what kind of company Pinnacle is and what they can do for us as consumers vs being solely dependent on PG&E, I can't count the number of reps that have knocked on my door, I've listened to a few and sent them on their way, Frankie was the first in all these years that was extremely knowledgeable about solar and answered every question we had and even the ones we didn't. He was excellent at following through with everything he said he was going to do and when they were going to do it, he kept us updated at every step which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be referring him to others.
