Pinnacle Tree Service was used in Waterville in July 2024 to trim one huge tree as well as a smaller one. The crew was very professional and did an awesome job. The job took longer then expected but the quote was honored. I would recommend them for any tree service you need. They did an A+ job and were reasonably priced.

When we contacted the company about printing our big maple tree, they showed up the very next day to give a reasonable estimate and explained the work that needed to be done. Thoroughly professional company. Removed, trimmed, and cabled multiple trees throughout our property with limited access room for removal of several of trees. Outstanding workmanship, concern for safety, and care of property with constant communication thorough the work process. Would not hesitate to recommend the company and would gladly hire them for any future projects of this nature.

They were a fabulous, friendly team that surveyed the tree carefully before doing a magnificent trim and dead wood removal. They made sure that we were happy with the result. The large old maple looked regal when they finished. I was amazed at how they new what to cut and what not to cut. Would highly recommend!!!

Pinnacle Tree is an excellent company! I have used them twice to remove or prune large trees. The crews are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and efficient. Most recently they removed trees leaning over our power, cable, and phone lines, as well as tall trees leaning towards our house. They also pruned a large oak tree, and downed a big birch that had fallen into, and was leaning against, a large hemlock tree. I will be using their services again!

This review is way overdue. ...Especially given the remarkable professionalism, skill, attention to detail, courtesy, and uncompromising attention to safety displayed by both teams from Pinnacle Arborists. Pinnacle Arborists completed this project between July and August on a newly purchased home and property in Gardiner. Within a surprisingly short amount of time from initial contact, our project was scheduled. A highly detailed and flexible estimate was provided with a very accomodating and flexible clause for modification to every aspect of the project. On the morning of the project beginning, a team of several highly professional employees arrived on time, established a non-invasive safety perimeter on our street, gave a very professional introduction to my wife and infant daughter - and conducted (very quickly) an astronomical amount of very difficult, and at times, dangerous removal of massive tree section and branches throughout our property. During this time, each team member asked about specific details to ensure the project was being completed according to plan. As a result, the area was left very organized and undamaged, and branches easily removable for processing. The second portion of this project required an employee to complete a dangerous climb to remove extremely high branches that extended over our roof and above our daughter's room. We were concerned about the possibility of these branches falling during a storm. This team arrived as scheduled and operated with the same professionalism, skill, and courtesy as mentioned above. Furthermore, I was required to travel that morning and could not remove the fallen branches, which had all fallen outside my property line. Without question...the site manager dragged and/or carried what amounted to over 200 pounds of lumber around the corner, down the sidewalk, and onto an area of my property to be processed. Finally, I wish to credit each employee who worked on my property for the much-appreciated element of comfort, trust, and security that I felt with them on my property and in my home, especially when I left my wife and daughter alone during the second portion of the project. All in all, there are too many details to list that added to the incredible experience my family and I had while making our property safer. Pinnacle Arborists are highly recommended, highly skilled, highly professional, invariably polite, and extremely safe. Incredible work... They came on time, took down a tree close to the house with plantings all around. They were very careful and we didnâ t lose a single plant. They took another tree in the garden and disturbed nothing. Clean up was complete and thorough. All in half a day!

Pinnacle Tree Service 24 February 2021 I have a magnificent Norway maple tree at the west corner of my house. Unfortunately, because of rot and decay, it was being attacked by two Pileated Woodpeckers and dropping dead branches onto my lawn. I hired Pinnacle Tree Service because Harry gave me hope. Pinnacle shares my philosophy; trees are precious. Only remove the unhealthy parts and save the healthy. After inspection, Harry gave me hope there was a substantial healthy part of the majestic tree. It would be respected and possibly preserved to continue providing shade to my house. The day came. Watching Pinnacles crew was like watching a beautifully choreographed dance. Each participant knew their job. Each cut was calculated for safety and efficiency. When there was a dilemma, because the tree is within ten feet of my house and is on a hill overlooking my neighbors, they had a conference and developed a new lowering technique. The crew looked like they enjoyed the work; they respected my and my neighbors property. It wasnt until many hours after the first cut that it was determined - Harry was right! The outcome Pinnacle saved two-thirds of the tree. Its now healthy and will continue towering over my house for many years to come. I would hire Pinnacle again in a heartbeat. Judy L
