Pinnacle is the real deal! After having some work done several years ago with another company, which wasn't what we asked for, I was unsure of what to expect from Pinnacle. But after meeting Javier, I was confident that he understood exactly what I wanted and why. He listened. He didn't try and sell me on things I didn't need, he listened and gave me direct feedback on what I wanted and exactly how he was going to do it. But I was completely blown away when they showed up and went to work. Wow! They were a team and everyone knew exactly what to do and went to work. In a short time, they did so much and it went so well. They protected my home and my property. Everyone knew exactly what to do and what I thought would take several days, they were cleaning up and checking to see if there was anything else I could do by the end of the day. Javier met with me several times during the work to check in and keep in informed. It was interesting to watch them work. I was impressed! Fantastic!

We are extremely impressed with the work that was done in a very short period of time. How clean they left everything we would highly recommend them to all our friends and neighbors, and anyone who was looking for a tree removal.

Javier and his team did a great job trimming and cutting down several 50 ft eucalyptus trees that were encroaching on various sides of our yard. They were punctual, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend as we will be calling them to trim some more trees in the future.

Javier and his crew from Pinnacle did an excellent job of cutting back 12 overgrown trees that were actually reaching over our apt. Complex roof by about 6 feet. They showed up on time got the job done and cleaned up everything! We will definitely use them in future projects and refer them to our neighbors!

Javier was great to work with. His team did a great job on my home. I had a tree removed and several trees trimmed/shaped. His price is quite fair and reasonable. I had asked for some additional shaping which he accommodated without needing to renegotiate. His team cleaned up the work area when complete. I highly recommend this company.
