Awesome, honest n well priced. All you can ask for

It is very hard to get a hold of Kurt, and he will not return your phone calls or texts in a timely manner or at all in some cases. He will promise you two weeks out and then not show up until 5 weeks later. They installed chipped pavers that you will not know are chipped until the sand is blown off of them. In general they did a pretty good job, but, the customer service is terrible and there is no reason to put in damaged pavers. I have asked Kurt to come and switch out the four or five damaged pavers, but, he got his money and I guess I am out of luck.

They did an excellent job exactly as we wanted. we requested a water line since this is our front entry way, so we could put a plant there. they actually gave us 4 drip outlets. When they were done, cleanup was excellent, couldn't tell the construction that was done. We have had people ask who did the pavers, and we recommended then to call this company. Their price was lower than two other companies. Good people to work with.

We had travertine stone put down over and above an existing concrete patio with a gas line move for a fire pit. Also had step stones placed on the side of our house. Work was skillfully done in a timely manner. Crew was hard working, courteous and involved us if they had any questions. Kurt was there to make sure they had the material they needed and job was getting done expeditiously. We had a minor issue they had to come back for after the job was done and they took care of it. I will highly recommend Pinnacle Vista in the future!

I was very impressed with quality and how quickly they achieved a beautiful result. Price was under what I got from others. Some glitches in getting the pavers but they made it happen in the time frame needed for completion. Doug N

I would hire Kurt and Pinnacle Vista again without hesitation. He was quick to return our calls, on time each day during installation and the quality of work from his crew was second to none. They included us in making final decisions and were not in a hurry to get the job completed. The end result far exceeded our initial expectations.

Kurt and his crew are highly professional. They listen, so what you pay for, you get. From start to finish, my husband and I never had a concern. We had about 800 square feet of patio that went down in three days, even though a tree had to be removed. The pavers we chose are gorgeous and the design is artistic. Nice to get what you dream about. Highly, highly recommend.
