I have hired them twice in the last two months. They show up quick, and the driver is very good at placing dumpsters where you want and without messing up the customers property (grass, concrete, etc). My customer made a point to mention the driver's skill to me during the project. The 20 yd dumpster had a nice yellow paint job. However, the 15 yd one I got was kind of an eyesore. But, they expertly placed it up a 10 degree slope and back in the corner of the house in an HOA neighborhood and to this point we have not had any complaints. The lady who runs sales and customer service is real nice and a joy to talk to. I didn't realize I had to call and authorize the second invoice payment (gave them the charge number when I ordered the first dumpster), and a month or so went by after they picked it up. When I called to order the second dumpster she kindly mentioned I had an outstanding bill. I immediately paid, however I really appreciate them being very professional about how they "remind" customers! :)

I spoke to Amy at Pinnacle several times and she was wonderful. Answered all of my questions and scheduled everything quickly. Their driver arrived on time for delivery and pickup and was very professional and quick. I highly recommend this company.
