Joseph called me within five minutes of my submitting a request for assistance and arrived at my home exactly at the scheduled time. He quickly inspected and resolved the leaking hot water hose in the laundry room, and also connected both the hot and cold water hoses to my newly purchased washing machine. His work was clean, efficient, and carried out with great enthusiasm. I am very satisfied and grateful to him.

Un-clogged a totally closed bathtub drain, worked hard on a nonworking faucet handle until he explained that it was irreparable and required replacement by the manufacturer. He identified a problem in the toilet tank and went out to buy a new handle. He didn't charge for his time shopping or for the cost of the handle.

I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future.

First of all I have never used Angie's list but I needed a plumber in a pinch. When Joe called me to inquire about my job I could tell right away he was knowledgeable of his trade, on top of that honest and of good character. We discussed what my issue was and he was able to come over and take a look. Initially what we thought was the issue was something else due to the age of my home and plumbing. He tried very hard to fix the issue but we both soon realized it was more than just a easy fix. We discussed it and he did not even charge for the work done but gave me a very fair estimate of what it would cost to resolve my issues. We set up a date and he was on time and did everything he said he would working with us on the budget we had and was always honest showing us every step of the way what he was dealing with as again our house is very old and in many cases still some of the original plumbing. He went above and beyond expectations!! Definitely would recommend and use him again!!

Plumber, Joseph Mistretta removed the old garbage disposal and installed a new one! He went above and beyond my expectations! He even fixed a couple things I didn’t even know needed fixing! His personality and professionalism is top notch! Makes me believe in humanity more! Joseph will always be first on my list when/if I need a plumber again, and will be recommended to anyone else I know!

Called Pino's Plumbing to have a garbage disposal replaced. Joseph came out, replaced the disposal, checked all lines for leaks, made sure everything was in proper working condition and cleaned up the area. I was throughly impressed with the quality of service and would definitely call again if needed.

I can’t recommend Joe enough. He was was fast, reliable, and made sure the job was done right (fixing mistakes from a previous plumber I used). It is hard finding good contractors these days and I will be using this company for any plumbing needs in the future.
