Joe, did a Great job, I need him to swap out some kitchen valves in the midst of a kitchen renovation. Joe also removed a reverse osmosis unit. I would highly recommend him to anyone, very experienced and knowledgeable.

Mr. Joseph Mistretta from Woodstock came on time and finished project. Installed new tub spout. He quoted on phone what would cost and finished replacement.

Joe helped me find a new water heater at a good price that fit the space I had to work with. The installation was done expertly and efficiently.

Project is now completed, however, there were several mishaps, including a leak after the job was initially completed.

Joe was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and completely prepared for all possibilities! Initially I had needed help with frozen valves in my bathroom, a sink and faucet installation, and a new garbage disposal installation. I had purchased a countertop with an integrated sink from a home improvement store. When we opened the undamaged box, we discovered that the counter was broken! I was really unhappy and I thought the project was derailed, but Joe was incredibly kind and went to the store with me to make sure that I was able to get it sorted out. He was very cool with teaching me about simple repairs and how to maintain my plumbing. He taught me a lot of things, and was exceedingly patient. He also has a really calm temperament which made the entire experience fun. I had a great time learning from Joe, the work is beautifully done, and my project list is complete! On top of that, the price was very fair! I am definitely calling Joe again!

Joe & Dino picked up bathroom vanity, top & faucet the day after I ordered them & also repaired the leak all in the same day. Also took the old vanity top & disposed of it. Both men were wonderful to work with.

I needed a floor drain replacement! Joe was very knowledgeable and took his time to properly diagnose the problem. It turns out the work that we thought would be needed in fact was not.. so at the end of my project, it turned out to be less expensive than originally quoted, Joe is very fair, trustworthy and I highly recommend him.

Joseph called me within five minutes of my submitting a request for assistance and arrived at my home exactly at the scheduled time. He quickly inspected and resolved the leaking hot water hose in the laundry room, and also connected both the hot and cold water hoses to my newly purchased washing machine. His work was clean, efficient, and carried out with great enthusiasm. I am very satisfied and grateful to him.

Un-clogged a totally closed bathtub drain, worked hard on a nonworking faucet handle until he explained that it was irreparable and required replacement by the manufacturer. He identified a problem in the toilet tank and went out to buy a new handle. He didn't charge for his time shopping or for the cost of the handle.
