Hands down to the best inspector, Mr Gordley - super thorough, super knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood everything and made the whole process stress-free. Felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!

While Mr. Gordley appears to be a competent inspector, his qualification are not. Mr. Gordley claims on his website to be ICC Certified, his certification expired in 2007. I needed an ICC certified inspection because I purchased a property that had a guesthouse that was not fully permitted. The County checked on Mr. Gordleys credentials, found he was not currently certified and would not accept his inspection. I contacted Mr. Gordley, described the situation and asked that he becomes recertified. He stopped all communication, did not respond to emails or text messages and did not refund the fees I paid.

I had a great experience and know more about my house now then I ever have. I feel more able to care for my house with the information provided. Above and beyond what any home inspector would do. It was like I had a very knowledgeable capable dad telling me all the things I need to know about owning a home. I put our inspector on speed dial for any questions I might have in the future about caring for my home. I am so glad I went with Pinpoint Inspections. Rick is a marvelous home inspector and I can't recommend him enough.

Rick Gordley did a solid job. There early, very thorough and informative in his report and a great teacher as we walked with him, telling us just what we should do to shore things up and giving us a sense on the most urgent needs as well.

They made an outstanding job, fast response time, and they made a follow up on suggestions and ideas.

Rick completed the job in a timely manner. He had good advice on home fixes as the inspection was underway. Rick's inspection report was detailed and gave a good assessment of the house, garage, embankment and property. Rick was thorough and professional. I would hire him again.

Rick kept calling me to ensure I had chosen someone to do the work.I was very grateful about that because I had not been able to schedule the appointment as quickly as I wanted, due to work stress. So, Rick persistence made me nail down a date for him to come over. He went on the roof, and also checked the attic. Then he told me that my roof needed some TLC and minor repairs. That was great to hear! Will definitely recommend Rick!!!!

Rick did a great job with our roof inspection and also gave a detailed background information about it. He is a very experienced knowledgeable person.

I hired Rick to inspect my cabins that I own. Rick was very thorough and professional. What I liked most was his capability to explain in great detail of what the finding is. Why it is wrong and what I need to do to fix it. He also made it very clear that some repairs required a qualified contractor as compared to other repairs that I could do myself and on these tasks that I could do he explained in great detail what exactly needs to be done and what type of resources were needed to do the job the right way. His knowledge of construction and contracting was very helpful and even offered to review any quotes or proposals that we get to ensure we get the most qualified best deal for the money. Rick works to a high standard and not to time. He took the time to do the inspections right and some days he was working until late into the evening. He also bent way over to adjust his schedule to mine so I got quality inspections on my timeline and a great final product. I have had many home inspections over the years and Rick was by far the best I have ever had. 5 stars and two thumbs up from me.

Rick was the most professional, courteous and honest individual I ve met in a while. He was thorough and patient, answering all of my questions- no matter how many times I asked it! Rick Gordley was AMAZING!! He was very helpful with the inspection. His attention to detail was incredible when he did the inspection. He suggested I get a piece of paper & pin to write things down which was very helpful since I'm a new home owner. He was very informative and helpful about things that I need to keep an eye out for or maintain in my new house. He gave me several recommendations for basic upkeep on my house while making it more safe. He is extremely easy to work with and his detailed report was wonderful to be able to have for my reference later. I would recommend Rick Gordley in a heartbeat!! He was AWESOME!!

He was amazing! Very helpful.He taught us a lot about the house, which I loved because I've nevery had a house before. The only thing I didn't like was that the end cost ended up being $100 more than the estimate. Overbally though, I definitely recommend him!

Rick Gordley was hired by my agent for my newly purchased home. Rick was very informative and knowledgeable about items I would need to maintain and watch out for. He was kind and patient in showing me how to repair items that a new homeowner would need to be aware of. When I had questions after the inspection he was prompt to respond and willing to return to educate me further.
