They were very accommodating to my needs. They got me an estimate the same day I called AND completed the job the very next day. I needed someone quickly and they were quite helpful. The only negative was some confusion about WHOSE credit card was paying the expense. But the Pinpoint office staff were very nice after it was all figured out (and the confusion was at least partly because of my not so bright niece).

Pinpoint did an excellent job of packing our goods in a timely and professional manner. The team was friendly and courteous. This company has a high degree of integrity and are very flexible to accommodate your needs throughout the entire moving process.

Movers were quick to load our possessions and were courteous. After they were paid they quickly went the to truck and began to drive away. I had to run to get their attention because they left several pieces of furniture sitting on the driveway, along with a half dozen heavy boxes. One guy was very sharp and quick, but the other one left boxes in wrong place including my gas grill on the middle of back yard when I asked that it be put on patio.

It was all good and perfect until the end. One of the movers refused to take one of my TVs put of the truck until I paid them. I understand what he was thinking, but how he went about it was very unprofessional. Other than that everything went very well.

Mr. Escabar & Tamas were the two movers we had and I must say they worked their tails off. They did a fantastic job and were very patient with us. They worked really hard and I would recommend them 110%. I am super pleased I used this company and they took real good care of my furniture which to me is very valuable. I pray that I never have to move again, but if I ever do, I will use this company again. Thank you guys for your wonderful work. You made my move so much less stressful!!!!!

I had to cancel the first scheduled move. The company was very understanding and helpful. The move was then scheduled "last minute" and again they jumped in to make it happen. The movers were on time, worked hard, really nice people. From the office to the movers made moving my mom as painless as possible. I give them a 100 star rating!!!

Don't trust them with sentimental or valuable items.

We have an antique curio cabinet that belonged to my grandmother & she inherited from her parents. It's at least 100 years old. I made that point to the movers before they touched it. It arrived after a 200 mile trip with a broken glass pane. Glass that old can't be replaced. The driver settled with a $140 deduction on the final bill. Small consolation. We also moved an old cedar chest that my wife inherited. It arrived missing 4 castors. My wife called PinPoint asking about the castors and never heard another word from them. Bottom line - we got our things moved 200 miles, but with damages that could have - should have been prevented.

It all went as planned. They were on time and got the job done.

Truck was two hours late. Made for very long day. No markings on truck and older. Really wondered if subcontractor.

Booking the appointment was easy. The truck arrived on time as scheduled. Movers were friendly and did a great job. Nothing was damaged in the process and that was my main concern.

They were very careful with all of our things. make sure to treat them with respect...they are moving your valubles

Overall I thought they did a pretty good job. First of all, it was a complicated move. We packed on one day and then moved a week later, taking part of the load to our 2nd home, and the balance to climate controlled storage. The three packers were very personable and got the entire house packed in 9.5 hours, compared to the estimate of 11 hours. The movers, Caesar, Ramon, and Mike, were very, very hard workers, and both my wife and I liked working with them. It took them 5 hours to load, 3.5 hours to drive to our 2nd home, and 3 hours to unload. They finished way under the estimated time. I'd hire this team again, no questions. The only reasons I didn't give them a perfect score were: 1) The single truck the movers brought wasn't quite big enough, and if I hadn't had a big pickup, well it would have been a big problem. 2) The mover neglected to bring a box, as promised by the estimator, for a large and expensive TV that was part of the move. We got it safely to the new location by using blankets, but a missed expectation. In my opinion the above problems were with the estimator, and communication between the estimator and the moving crew, who were 3rd party contractors. In particular and checked back with the estimator before the move to see if I could take another room of furniture on the existing single truck, and he assured me it was possible. Luckily in the end we consigned that room of furniture plus and additional 1/2 room, all of which didn't need to be moved. So the actual move was significantly smaller, but still didn't all fit in the truck. But in the end we made it work by working together, and as I said we really like the moving and packing teams.

I felt sorry for the movers. They were not equipped to do the job. They only thing that saved them was the the electric lift on the back of the truck. They had no boxes or wardrobe boxes with them. I would think a appliance dolly would have been very helpful, not just a box dolly. Communication between the head guy and myself somewhat difficult and nonexistent from the other 2 movers. All of the guys worked very very hard, but a lot of time wasted in translating .

They were super fast, polite, respectful of my property, grown men working quickly and respectfully not young men standing around texting their friends and staring creepily at the women in my family (yes I've had another company send young movers who did that), and they were not looking for opportunities to drag the process out to make more money (paid by the hour).

Fast and provided very professional service.

This company provided professional movers who were efficient in moving my furniture and carpets. They were very patient in placing my items exactly where I wanted them located. I just had new floors installed and they were very careful when placing the furniture on the floor. Before arriving, they called and gave an accurate time of arrival. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them on my next moving job.

Only a few broken or damaged items but they under bid the cost. The bid was $1600 and I paid almost $6,000. I knew packing would be expensive but even with the packer coming to the house before hand, the estimated time was way off. And they did not pack 2 rooms upstairs, the outside furniture, or the garage. And they ended up taking 3 days to move everything instead of 1.
