Overall, was a very good experience. They explained how would they go about getting the survey done for our property. The job was completed in a timely manner and at cost effective rate.

They came immediately on Monday following the date I contacted them, i.e., March 23. They returned about 10 days later and did some more measuring. Then they returned about 2 weeks after that and put in corner stakes. I have heard nothing from them since, after repeated phone calls and e-mails. I never received the survey drawing. I was also never billed. It is now May 18 and we are getting ready to sell the house. If I don't hear from them before the house is sold, it will be difficult for them to get paid. I have chosen a different company for the survey on the house we are buying, for obvious reasons.

This team was quick to get back in touch post first request. As this process is a two step, they came once but after multiple follow ups in email and call are not returning calls. I have not idea if they are completing this job at all. Would not recommend them again.

Efficient, on time, no issues with the job. Got very nice survey (several copies). Contact with contractor were easy and who I spoke to on the phone seemed knowledgble. Slight delay in getting the report back. Cost seemed appropriate

They did not compleet the job in a week like they said ,after 2 weeks did not return calls by 3rd week got message number has bin disconected I hired someone else. then two months later they send the servay with a bill for more then they quotet They will not get paid

they came when they said they would. I had to leave for work, but they finished their job and said they would send a bill with the survey map. They trusted me that I would pay them and I trusted that they would do a good job. I believe we were both right!

the field workers are good but the office staff is rude very unrelible spoke to naresh many times for him to send me a reciept with a letterhead for documentation he never sent it this was three weeks ago also a check of fifty dollars had to be sent to me i am still waiting.

It took several weeks to get a proposal. They missed an appointment for field survey and postponed to next day. They again didn't turn in the report that they promised to send out in a few days. So far I have not received a report for two weeks yet. I called and left so many messages but they don't reply my call.

Pinpoint was very prompt and professional. They responded quickly to any phone calls I made to them and answered my questions. They even offered suggestions on other options I might try down the line as my project moves forward. I even experienced a little property dispute with a new neighbor and if I needed them they were ready to show up at the location the same day. It wasn't necessary but I was happy that they guaranteed the work performed and were willing to help out anyway they could.

Very few professionals are willing to point out that there is a more cost effective way of achieving ones objective. I did not use Pinpoint Surveying but their advice saved me a significant amount of time and money.

Guys weren't aware of what they were surveying. Thought they had to do the house not the lots. Haven't yet received the survey reports. We were told it would be about 3 days to receive it. To date it has not been received.
