Ben's service was great! Very dependable. Have not had many plumbing experiences so I'm not sure about pricing but he fixed the issues promptly and checked through the other pipes. We would use him again and again. I trusted him completely.

Showed up at the scheduled time. Worked on the repair and completed it successfully. Knew what to do beyond just the repair (test other valves,etc.). When done, I had confidence it was fixed properly. Polite and professional. Great job in my opinion.

Called us fast, set up appt....easy to work with. Our Master Bath shower was not easy, it acutally was on a slant from the house settling. Ben spent the time to get the tools to fix this , also the shower we order from him was not as tall as ours. He and his employee mudded the walls, painted them and replaced a piece of molding around the bottom of the shower that was rotten. Tarps were laid out from the front door to the bath to keep our hardwoods clean. At the end, both he and his employee were at one point on their hands and knees cleaning the floor after the tarps were removed! We could not have asked for a more professional company!

Completely professional. Ben came out to fix a leak problem in my laundry room. I was impressed that he used little booties to come into my house - many of the repairmen tromp all over the place with dirty feet - a small thing, but it was a sign of courtesy and professionalism to me. He completed the job in 15 minutes after my husband spend at least that long trying to fix it. I'd recommend Ben anytime. This is the second experience with Piioneer Economy Projects (I think Ben is the owner) - the first project was a much bigger problem and both times he did a superb job for a reasonable price.
