Pioneer Landscaping And Water Solutions

I had a rental property in dire need of a landscaping refresh. They got the job done promptly and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Pioneer Landscaping to everyone.

Pioneer Landscaping layed river rock, all new matting and all new plants for my entire front yard flower beds. They removed large old plants and bushes that were unwanted. Gannon was excellent at ensuring I was satisfied with each decision made every step of the way. He provided me samples of river rock options and photos of plants that were ideal for my area and within my budget. In the end, I had no cost surprises. The cost was exactly what was estimated and agreed upon. Two weeks later after the project was completed, Gannon reached out to ensure I was still satisfied with the end product. Highly recommend.

The Pioneer Landscaping team did an awesome job of building my retaining wall. I told them what I wanted and they said great but, they made a suggestion and showed me pics of a few retaining walls they have built, so I went with their suggestion and Iâ m so glad I did. If there is such a thing as a beautiful retaining wall, well I have one. Thanks guys.

Landscaping is still not done was supposed to be done July 1 sod was put down without leveling the yard has to be redone was going to start on that last Friday they are no shows broke ten water lines, vines and grass in growing in flower beds would not use this company. - Rick S.

The quality of the work was substandard. When problems came up after the job was completed, they were slow to respond. I had to make numerous calls to get someone to come back and correct the problems and they neglected to correct all of them. I had another landscaper come out and he told me the yard was uneven and that more dirt should have been put down for the sod. Part of the sod died even after a good rain and watering. They left gravel in the street in front of my house and the neighbors complained. They filled the end of the French drain with dirt so that now when it rains it will back up. Overall, I feel as though I was taken advantage of and paid far more than I should have for the quality of the work done.

Eager, professional and communicative. Highly recommend.

Gannon and his team did a great job extending my patio. He was prompt and his team was professional. I would highly recommend!

We have a lot of moisture in our side yard on both sides of our house, installing a French drain was a must. Upon deciding to move forward with the install they got us scheduled and installed quickly! Just in time for more rain.

Fast professional and affordable
