After the big freeze, plumbers were impossible to find. Home Advisors gave me Pipe Doctors contact info. They were able to come out in 24 hours to repair my broken line. This was so greatly appreciated. There are not enough words of thanks for this company.

While there were cheaper plumbers out there the owner Paul was able to text back and forth with me to determine that I needed to replace my faucet and that it could not be repaired. They also replaced a toilet pump. Work quality was good and they were quick to get a hold of. Cheaper isn't always better.

These guys were AWESOME! Greg quickly assessed our situation and came up with a well-thought-out solution.. This was a remodel and new addition project that involved re-routing some plumbing and replacing some old pipes. It also involved digging a trench to connect out to a septic lift station and digging another trench for a leach line for some gray water from a mini-bar sink (we're sort of in the country here). Greg and Moses got the job done in 1 1/2 days and re-did some plumbing that had been done in a sloppy fashion by a couple of previous contractors. The plumbing they installed is sturdy with many fewer connections than the previous plumbers had made. Extremely pleased with their work, the price was very reasonable, and Greg and Moses were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hire this company again. Thank you the quality work -- it rates head and shoulders above what I've seen from other plumbing companies and these guys are not out to rip you off.

They were at my place in less than 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon call for help with backed up pipes. Nice guys too.

Overall experience was great. Dealing with Paul was comforting, he understood our problem and took instant action on same day. Our Water Heater was leaking badly, very rusted at bottom and about to burst. Steve showed up within couple hours, assessed the situation and explained to us what needed to be done. He then proceeded to replace the Water Heater and was done within couple hours. Pipe Doctors is a great little company, Paul understands people and cares about what they do, more than I can say about big companies. I highly recommend Pipe Dorctors! They did exactly what we hired them to do, it did not fix one of the problems we had but that was not their fault that was with our pipes. They did offer to fix the problem but it was something simplethat I could do. My wife said they were extremely friendly and professional. One of the plumbers had a Star Wars ringtone that my wife loved.

Water heater pilot went out. My son couldn't get it to come on after several tries and it indicated something was wrong with a valve. Repairman was here 90 minutes after I called. He immediately got the pilot light lit, told me that valve was a problem with my heater but that it lit immediately for him. I was charged the minimum call charge and got some good advice. Just wish it would have been as easy for my son
