We moved into a new house a few months ago and 1 of the 4 toilets always backed up. Jim came and unclogged it, but felt the toilets installed in the new house were on the lowest end of the contractors "special" so unfortunately the problem persisted and now we have to have a new toilet installed. Jim was very professional, friendly and we appreciated the care of putting on the shoe covers to protect our floors. The only slight negative thing I could say, is I am surprised at the prices. I just moved down here from up north where everything is more expensive, and the rates are the same or a little higher then where I am from.

Did a satisfactory job with proper supplies in average time. My only complaint is that they were over 20 minutes late off the time I was given as a start time on the phone citing "traffic" as the reason for the delay.
