Great job!

Pipe Masters saved me a great deal of money by re-building my existing faucet rather than a costly replacement that required cutting into dry wall. I spoke with other plumbers and none were knowledgeable about the Mixet fixture that was installed by the home builder. PiperMasters was able to find the appropriate part and replace the cartridge, which was the cause of my problem, rather than go for the valve replacement. I very much appreciated their time and effort and would highly recommend them.

I was impressed. Quick response, pleasant, on time, squeezed me in within a couple of hours with very short notice because I had to close on my home soon so needed a last minute repair. Great customer service, professional. The invoice was very important for our buyers and this invoice format looked professional as did the written report from the plumber. I was charged $75 dollars for a diagnostic and then he didn't even have a basic part on his truck that was needed for a basic fix, he just re- light the water heater pilot which only lasted a short while, so I had to hire another company to come out. In the end I felt like I was overcharged and nothing was accomplished- major waste of time and money.

Arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the work professionally.

The drain pipe in my basement kept backing up and they were called to open it. They came the same day and were prompt and curteous about coming over to try to clean it out. Both guys seemed nice and knowledgable. It quickly became obvious that my drain pipe had collapsed. They gave me a quote to reroute my pipe to another drain. The quote was for nearly $1000, which of course made me choke! Luckily, I have a cousin who is a professional, licensed pipefitter and he agreed to help me out. The parts ended up costing less than $100, and the job took a couple hours. My cousin said that should have been a $400 to $500 job max.

PipeMasters called me about 5 min after I submitted the Service Magic request. The other two contacted me late the next day. PipeMasters arrived on time and were professional through entire project. The owners, Pat and Jeremy handled my case. I'm not sure how big their out is but they gave me A1 treatment. Price was good too.

Were willing to come close to matching a lower estimate; had fastest response and were willing to come out in the event of an emergency before the scheduled job. Completed job on time and I have already used them for another project.

These guys are informative, very reasonable, and friendly. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

The thing that really impressed me about Pipemasters was that they actually called me back (at 10:30 p.m.) and were able to answer my questions and concerns immediately. (The other plumbers had a service call me and they were unqualified to answer my questions; the other referral didn't call me back until 10:30 a.m. the next day on an emergency service request). Pat was very efficient and pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend them to friends and will call them again with a plumbing issue.

They were great. Both were very nice and clean. They installed a garbage disposal and fixed an outside faucet. They came when my wife and daughter were home and both of them felt comfortable alone in the house with them. I will use them for all future plumbing needs.
