Otto and his crew absolutely deserve a 5-star review! We had a persistent leak in our basement that we couldn’t figure out, and Otto quickly got to the root of the problem. He discovered that a corroded pipe was the source, with water seeping through where the wall meets the foundation. On top of that, he identified that one of our two water pumps had completely stopped working, something we hadn’t even realized. Despite a busy schedule, Otto made the time to squeeze us in between appointments, provided a clear and prompt quote, and returned the very next day ready to get the job done. The repair was no small task, they had to tear out part of a wall and sections of our concrete floor, but Otto and his crew handled it with incredible professionalism and efficiency. What really stood out was their work ethic and attention to detail. They worked hard all day and managed to complete everything in just one day, which exceeded our expectations. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free thanks to Otto’s expertise and dedication. Otto was great! I needed a new electrical panel. He quoted a price that was affordable. He showed up on time, and did an excellent job. 10 out of10 would recommend to everybody, and I will be using him in the future.
