    Virtually no customer interaction with the plumber. when asked there was no set price, I was a little surprised by this. It was just a TP valve for a water heater. The issue was/is not resolved.

    This job was done in November, if not resolved then why have we not heard back from you as we do offers warranties.

    Pipe Pros came to my house on 8/21 to look at my sump pump and discharge system. The tech kept trying to push this unnecessary trench solution for $1000. Then I mentioned an alternate solution which made more sense and he agreed it was doable for maybe half the price. Then he used what I feel was high-pressure sales tactics to make it seem like the $1000 trench job was the only way to go. I asked for estimates for both solutions. I never received any follow-up call or an estimate. The check for the $39.95 dispatch fee was cashed on 9/3. I called twice to request an estimate but I have not received anything yet. I went ahead and performed the sump pump drainage solution myself to prevent any damage because I had sitting water on in my back yard and I was left hanging. I paid a $39.95 dispatch fee for absolutely nothing.

    We are sorry you feel this way, the $39.95 is a dispatch fee for us to come out and diagnose the issue which the tech did do and provided you the price, that?s how you knew the pricing. We pulled a hard copy of our records that you signed and have a carbon copy in your possession. The way you wanted the job done with the pipe being above ground was a tripping hazard and we did not feel comfortable with doing the job that way.
