Virtually no customer interaction with the plumber. when asked there was no set price, I was a little surprised by this. It was just a TP valve for a water heater. The issue was/is not resolved.

Pipe Pros came to my house on 8/21 to look at my sump pump and discharge system. The tech kept trying to push this unnecessary trench solution for $1000. Then I mentioned an alternate solution which made more sense and he agreed it was doable for maybe half the price. Then he used what I feel was high-pressure sales tactics to make it seem like the $1000 trench job was the only way to go. I asked for estimates for both solutions. I never received any follow-up call or an estimate. The check for the $39.95 dispatch fee was cashed on 9/3. I called twice to request an estimate but I have not received anything yet. I went ahead and performed the sump pump drainage solution myself to prevent any damage because I had sitting water on in my back yard and I was left hanging. I paid a $39.95 dispatch fee for absolutely nothing.

"We are sorry you feel this way, the $39.95 is a dispatch fee for us to come out and diagnose the issue which the tech did do and provided you the price, that?s how you knew the pricing. We pulled a hard copy of our records that you signed and have a carbon copy in your possession. The way you wanted the job done with the pipe being above ground was a tripping hazard and we did not feel comfortable with doing the job that way. Hired Pipe Pros to perform a quick plumbing repair at a rental property. Not the least expensive vendor but you get what you pay for right? They were responsive, coordinated scheduling directly with my tenant with no issues, and followed through as planned on the repair. According to my tenant the repair was completed promptly and everything went very very well. Will use Pipe Pros again for future plumbing work on my properties.

I am glad to find a plumbing company that I feel provides excellent service, fair price and displays pride and integrity in performing their work. I received a message very quickly after submitting my Home Advisor request. I was able to arrange an on-site estimate and have the work performed within a week. Phil (the company owner) was on site at the time of the install and he and very concerned with the practicality and detail of the new piping that was installed both inside the house as well as the new discharge piping outside the house. The work was performed completely and timely and they cleaned up so well that I couldn't tell any work was performed. I am so satisfied with this work that I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs from now on. I got 4 estimates for this job which were all similar in cost and selected Pipe Pros due to my interaction with Phil for the estimate. I felt he was able to troubleshoot the job ahead of time, which did not happen within of the other companies that provided estimates through Home Advisor. I am very satisfied with the cost and quality of the work performed by Pipe Pros and will use them for all of my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend using Pipe Pros.

I hired these guys, they installed my kitchen faucet, I explained to Phil or whoever that I have a job that I cannot communicate real quick, so let me know by text that the job is done and I will provide the card info for payment. Well they stated that they could not get a hold of me and threatened to take out the faucet due to them not being paid. Thank God my son happened to be their and paid the guy because he was actually going to remove the faucet. I have never experienced anyone threatening to remove a service because they could not get a hold of me for payment, the same day, mind you I had been in contact with them the whole morning and afternoon but could not answer the phone due to me working and my job. That was an experience I do not want or need so I will not be using these guys again!!! Like I told Phil I have two homes, so if this would have worked out good, might have used them for my other property, but no thanks! I understand businesses want to get paid and need their money, but I am not a person who does not pay their bills, so that was completely wrong!! But hey if that is your policy then go for it!!! I just know I won't be using you again!!!

"I am very sorry that you feel that way. You were told when making the appointment that payment is due upon completion and knew the price up front. We do not bill any residential customers for a service call. If you knew you would be at work then you should have left the money with the person that was at your home while we were there to install your faucet. You told us to call you for payment when completed, which we did several times with no answer and even text you. We told the gentleman that was at your residence that he could try to call you and if we could not get you that we were going to have to put your original faucet back on. It was"

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The entire Pipe Pros team was wonderful to work with from the owner to the installers. Once I submitted my information to Home Advisor I received a friendly call back within 5 minutes from the company owner. Phil was extremely polite and accommodating and was able to restore hot water to our house within hours by replacing our old hot water heater. They use top of the line products, so I am sure the new hot water heater will last for years to come. Thank you again for the quick turnaround and patience and politeness answering all our questions and concerns. Pipe Pros is the gem of the Delaware Plumbing service industry.

First they had great response and did what they said first thing Monday morning. The repair worked. But the patch from jack hammering hole on the external of the foundation was not repaired. Only the internal was patched. I will follow back up and patch the external. I ask the company why the external was not patched and they responded this is common practice for these repairs. For me its just poor quality repair.
