We are very happy with the work that Sergio did. He showed up on time, pleasant, listened to the customer's concerns and answered our questions. He did a superb job in unclogging our pipes which turned out to be rather complex running through multiple levels. He even made an extra trip after the job was completed to install a better cap for the pipe. We have no reservations to recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Sergio was fantastic. He took his time to troubleshoot the problem which was a blocked pipe behind my wall that was leading from the bathroom sink down into my basement. Others came and suggested breaking the floor in the bathroom and to connect the pipe to the toilet line that feeds into the main pipe. bottom line Sergio came and looked and took measurements and through careful planning he cut the wall of the downstairs bathroom just where the pipe was and then put a small hole in the pipe and snakes it up and down. Good t go now! I would not look further for another plumber!

Sergio helped us with a very complicated pipe leaking situation where the leak was from a pipe buried in concrete underneath bathroom tiles. His diagnosis of the situation was on point and he controlled the area that needed to be open up. Very professional and fairly priced. Will retain him for my future home and rental repairs and recommend to others.

I called Pipe Service Pros. Sergio came within 2 hours and he came on time to fix my slow drain in my bathroom sink. He first checked my under the sink pipes prior to working. He ran water and see how fast or slow the clog was. He use the air plunger just once. The drain unclogged and the water swirled down the drain. He was a professional who knows what he was doing. He was neat and not messy. He only charged me $163 which I felt was very reasonable.
