Had them install a whole house filtration system. Guy put it in upside down first. Then came back and put it so close to wall that I can not access the valves. Told me that is how they do it to get it out of the way but it was really about not doing more pipe work. Now wont come back to fix it even though Dominic said he would personally make it right. It has been a year and no one gets back to me.

Domenic left the old water heater in the basement rather than taking it away. So now I am having to pay someone to get it removed. This guy is unresponsive to my calls and untrustworthy. Do NOT use this guy.

Dominic was responsive right away to our leaking pipe. He sent Fernando, who is very respectful. He assessed the job and got right to work. He corrected the problem quickly. The work are was clean if all debris from the job. Dominic called after the job to follow up. Excellent service and workmanship.

Great job on fixing my radiant heat, but only issue is that we had to reschedule twice due to no-show.

Since I painted the basement floor a few months earlier, I did not want a big mess made. So Dominick arranged for sheets and tarps to cover the floor before starting the work. There wasn't a spec of dirt on the floor when they were done. Phil and the crew were quick, efficient, professional and friendly all at the same time. At the time of the review of my current system, Phil answered all my questions without hesitation and made some good recommendations. Thanks for a job well done!

I hired Pipeworks Mechanical for the second time to replace my boiler and install a new sump pump. They were responsive, courteous, and professional in evaluating my needs. Dominic had no problem coming to my house twice, after more questions came up, and evaluated everything thoroughly. He gave me a reasonable quote. Everyone at the company was professional. They work fast - boiler replacement took a day and a half. There were no problems at all - everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Pipeworks Mechanical and will hire them again.

Faster... better... and reasonably priced. 182KBtuh residential steam boiler installation/with "old house" complications. I had a leaky pipe. the guys came quickly (40 minutes) and plugged it with a clamp. then they installed a dishwasher in my guest house, and fixed a broken electric outlet in the meantime - it works perfectly. will hire them again and highly recommend.
