Steve was very accommodating and quick to respond to e-mails. Overall I was very happy with the outcome in terms of resetting my brick pathway and stonework to the steps of my front door. Steve was on schedule and within cost. However, Steve took some design liberties with contrasting stone, which fortunately were to my liking and his crew "appropriated" bricks that I was using as border in my garden beds. Once I notified Steve about the bricks, they were replaced.

"One aspect of this contract called for lifting the client's brick from the walkway, pouring a concrete base & resetting the same bricks in mortar. The walkway bricks were very old & we needed a few extra bricks to complete the walk, but similar bricks were not readily accessible, thus we used some of this client's landscape border bricks to complete this work. The bricks were replaced when the final walk cleaning was done. Our client failed to note above that we also cut out & replaced all the brick mortar joints on both sides of her front porch "For Free", which was originally quoted as a $490 option.
