Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Most positive experience I have had with a plumber. Don was prompt, followed thru with everything he said he would do regarding the installation of a new hybrid hot water heater. He was very responsive, considerate of any requests I had regarding the job and always very courteous. Workmanship was of high quality and the price was very reasonable.

I am very pleased with the service that Don provided, and now have found a plumber who is a nice guy, honest, and charges very reasonably. I had an emergency leak with a bathroom sink. Don was very responsive, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Via phone and texts, he addressed my concerns and walked me through steps I needed to take until he was able to come out and fix the leak. I could not be happier with his customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend him, and plan to call him for future plumbing projects that I need to have done.

The service was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. He asked about the problem when he called to confirm the appointment, so he had all the parts needed when he arrived. He arrived on time - a few minutes early, actually - and completed the job in about 45 minutes.
