Pipers Drain Repair did a solid job installing my water heater?the workmanship looks good and the unit is running properly. Unfortunately, communication was very poor and that outweighed the positives. I repeatedly requested the documentation needed for rebates/tax credits (invoice details, manufacturer/model info, etc.) and never received it. Because of that, I?m missing out on savings that amount to roughly 20% of the total cost. If you use this company, make sure you get all paperwork in writing before paying. I can?t recommend them based on the lack of follow-through.

They did a great job. Response time was very fast. Our sewer pipe was clogged they cleared it right away, were very professional and gave us a bid to line the sewer pipe to prevent future problems. They also located our clean out that was buried in our yard that the gardener covered. Communication was excellent They are now on our list for any plumbing issues that may arise in the future. We Highly recommend them.

Pipers contacted us by phone immediately after we submitted a repair request on Labor Day late morning for a clogged sewer line. We set up an appointment for early evening, at which time I mentioned we had intended to celebrate family birthdays that evening. About an hour later Pipers called and said they adjusted their schedule so they could arrive mid-afternoon, which they did. The back-up was cleared and we were so grateful to be able to join our family that evening. Pipers had to remove and reinstall the basement toilet. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed (the bathroom looked better than when they arrived). A great ending to what was a not so great beginning to Labor Day. We will definitely use Pipers for the more extensive work that needs to be done.

Andrew and Patrick are very professional and nice person. They did very good job on replacing problem sewer pipes, and even found the protentional problems that we can prevent. They answers all questions I have and send me the pictures and video they took to keep me updated. The repair price is very reasonable. Now we don't need to worry about sewer backup to flood our laundry room and garage. They are on my list and also recomment to my friends if they have water issues call Pipers.
