This was an early morning emergency -- 6 A.M. and no hot water. The plumber gave a very reasonable, guaranteed price to install a new, 40 gallon water heater and remove the old one. He was at the house within an hour, replaced the tank in another hour, and removed the old water heater, and left the cellar immaculate. Just as important, he was friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend this company. I would definitely hire them again.

Recently I hired John to replace our water heater And to install a tankless water heater. His is super professional and delivers exactly when promised. I would highly recommend John and will not hesitate to call him again if needed!

John was very responsive, gave us a quote within minutes and ended up coming a day earlier than we originally scheduled because he had an opening. Exceptional work and that covers everything from minor repair to new construction. If you are lucky enough to get PPH, it is worth the wait!

I called a month ago about a leak from my upstairs shower into my kitchen downstairs. He came by and said it was a quick and easy fix requiring putty on the shower drain for $135. The putty did not work and I immediately had a leak the next day. His response was. really! I am going to be out of town for a week. I said I will wait. When he got back in town I reached out, got no response. Contacted a few days later and he wrote to me to say he was sorry and out with a cold. Days later he is not returning calls or texts. Sets no expectation and has ghosted me. I paid $135 for 34 fixes and 34 that did nothing. John is very friendly but this is bad behavior.
