Every step of the process, the possibly issues involved were explained before the work began. During the repair we were updated as to the issue found. The cost was exactly what was estimated.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
I was very pleased with this company. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to come out the same day to fix my furnace. The charge for coming out to look at the problem was much lower that other companies I had called. The technicians were friendly and got right to work. They fixed the problem, and checked the rest of the system for issues. The charges were very reasonable. This was such a positive experience, that I signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I will definitely recommend them, and feel grateful that I found them for my own needs!

I hired them to repair my 10 year old tankless water heater. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable on such systems and helped me decide whether or not my existing system was worth fixing or replacing. I opted for replacement and they were able to fit me in the schedule within 2 days. The job took nearly 7 hours, removing old system, installing new one, including drilling a penetration in my foundation to properly vent the system. I was very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and their work. I am now enjoying my hot water! I recommend TemperaturePro and would use them again in a heartbeat.
