They sent a technician out quickly to give me a no-cost estimate before I hired them for the job. The price they quoted me seemed fair, and scheduling was quick and easy.

Fast and efficient service. They were able to squeeze us in on the same day. The plumber, and the office were always in the communication with us as far as the time of arrival and the price of the project goes. The plumber got in and out in the matter of minutes while the issue was professionally fixed. We needed a toilet to be reinstalled after floor replacement, along with new wax ring, and new bolts. Very happy with the service.

Tony (Master Plumber) was great! Not only was he clearly an expert who knew his business and exactly what the best solution for my problem was, he was very professional, clear, and friendly in explaining the work. He also went above and beyond in trying to search out my buried outside water shutoff valve (digging and searching for more than 2 hrs!), he ultimately got WSSC out to locate, test, and elevate the valve access pipe. I'm very satisfied with the work, I had to have my very old and leaking main shutoff valves and a water pressure regulator replaced because they were failing. The outcome looks and works great, and Tony was very thorough in his explanation of how everything works. I'm glad to have had all of this work done and I'm confident it has probably prevented a potential catastrophic flood of my basement. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied and feel the price was fair and reasonable for the work done. Thanks!

Tony my service person is wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, hard worker and cleans up everything. We had a water heater installed, outside faucet repaired, kitchen sink pipes unclogged and a faucet lever repaired. Happy with everything.

Excellent! First time Temperature Pro customer. Plumber arrived at appointment time, accurately located source of clog drain and shower noise. Plumber provided an immediate report by phone stating the source of issues and how he resolved issues. Highly recommend TemperaturePro, Gaithersburg, MD location.

I love how they use technology to manage the customer experience! The technician was on the early side of the window they gave me. Tony was fast, informative, and courteous. Now our toilet is back working properly. I would definitely use them again.
