Kebin was great! Over came a couple of obstacles in getting our furnace back up and running. Went the extra effort to ensure he found the problem with the furnace. It was an unusual issue that caused the failure. Kebin also took the time to explain his troubleshooting steps and what each meant. Thanks Kebin!

The leak was fixed and the replacement faucet seems to work well. But to me, it looks bad because the new faucet is sticking out an extra inch or so from the escutcheon. Customer service was great! They were willing to come back out right away to look at it and likely fix it. After talking with my wife, we decided it was not worth the time.

Kenny came to the job in Bethesda MD to repair an old leaking galvanized pipe and clean the drain with an auger. He gave a fair price estimate and did a quick and thorough job. Quite knowledgeable and professional.
