He did not have caulking in the truck so he told me to go to Home Depot to buy the caulking. He then showed me how I should apply it. Without the caulking water will get into the house and destroy the drywall and stuffing between the walls.

They were very organized and efficient. Everyone I dealt with from the secretary that answered, very polite and efficient and friendly, to the estimator, Tony. He was a good communicator and let me know about a worst case scenario regarding existing valves and pipes having to be replaced and other estimate if no work like that had to be done. Good to not be surprised by an unexpected price. He was careful explaining everything. I appreciate that, the plumber they sent Jason showed up on time very polite and clean, observed all protocols for covid, had rubber boots and mask the whole time in the house, the work was great, good communicator as well, only replaced one valve and I had verification on that. The guy did an excellent job, used quality parts, cleaned up very well, looked better than previous system, the way the whole company handled it from estimate to job was very well. I am very impressed definitely a 5 star operation all around.

Tony provided the best estimate of the three estimates I received, and his experience, advice and walk-thru of the proposed work was excellent. Johnny performed the hot water heater install and was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all my questions. It was raining hard that day and he was very careful of our home (spreading tarps in the basement walkways, etc.) and neat the entire time. The finished work was well done and I will continue to work with Pipeworks going forward.

Prompt. Honest. Thorough. Flexible when we encountered a problem due to defect in water tank I purchased. Though they couldnâ t get back there the same day (needed to get a new water tank) they got back there the next morning to install.

Johnny was great to work with. He did a great job and was friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they visit and give a free written estimate even for a small project like this. I like that they send text and call alerts to let you know they are on their way. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.
