Shaun did a great job on the shiplap job. He was on time and very professional. I will rehire him to another job, when the time comes.

Did a poor job on my tile then came back once and did not even fix my tiles, no communication. I spent over 3k and very disappointed.

Shaun Pipkins the owner is really fantastic. He does excellent work, very courteous, does great clean up, thoroughly checks his work and comes as scheduled and knows how long a project takes. I highly recommend him and his company. Note he did 862’ of crown moulding in my home.

Shaun was very prompt and professional airing on the side of OCD he's that good at what he does that's okay cuz I understand his OCD I have it also and he was a perfectionist definitely he's very talented and has lots of different areas of knowledge I would use him for anything that he can do when I need work done I will just call him to make sure that he can do it for me cuz I would use him before anyone else

I live in the state of Washington and have a rental home here. My aging father lives in Florida, and I have also have a rental home there. My father had some work done by Pipkins Quality Installations, and thought very highly of Shaun Pipkins. My dad gave me Shaun's phone number because I had to do some repair and maintenance work at my FL rental (while remaining here in WA). Shaun installed gutters, power washed the roof and driveway, replaced a dishwasher and hauled away the old one, removed a defective garbage disposal (recommended, as home is on a septic system), did painting work and worked with the tenants in replacing towel racks, soap dishes, etc. All this was done while keeping in contact with me, and while keeping my and my tenants best interests in mind. He also periodically checks in on my dad!!! I am seriously considering buying him a plane ticket to Washington so he can do the repairs, maintenance and improvement work at the WA rental. Shaun has demonstrated the most ultimate, caring, customer service that I have ever seen. He is a true Professional and I highly recommend him.

I am completely satisfied. He did a wonderful job and was courteous. I can't say enough good stuff.
