Initially, the job looked great and then we got cracks. Dave came out to repair the cracks and when we painted it was big humps of repair lines on our new wall. Asked that he come back, said he would a couple of times, but never showed up. Has not responded to emails or calls from us. Very disappointing, and now we have to hire someone to repair his repairs.

David from pirate construction answered my request and was there to do the estimate within the hour. He showed up with his crew this morning ( early ) and finished the job. Workmanship was outstanding and I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Removal of old material, and Stucco of the entire home. From beginning to end, Dave was a pro and I would recommend him for his work and his overall attitude. I'm handling this installation for my 80+-year-old grandmother who knew very little about the process, cost, or installation and I'm 1200 miles away. Dave is onsite with his crew, the crew is knowledgeable, on time, and they were completed a day early, with excellent results! If you're looking for a resource that knows his business, Dave and his crew are the right team for the job. We had never met or worked with Dave before but I'm glad we chose him. His quote was prompt, competitive, and complete. He reached out to me quickly to schedule an estimate, after the walk around, after the quote was provided to see if I had questions. Pirate's quote was 1 of 3 we received. Besides being low bid, he was accurate and concise in his assessment of the house and what needed to be done. His bid reflected exactly the work that was to be provided. We didn't get that from the other vendors that quoted the job. The other quotes were limited on information, with no scope of work included, and anywhere from 10%-25% higher than Pirate for the same work. Overall, very pleased with the experience, price, and overall craftsmanship from Pirate Construction.
