    Extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job!! I had a white tile roof that was basically all but black and I now require sunglasses to look at it - the roof sparkles like it's new (along with the rest of my house and walkway). I definitely recommend Pirate Softwash!

    Just finished job Cleaned tile roof, sidewalk, house, deck and pool enclosure The price of the package was great Have paid more previously for just the roof and driveway They did an excellent job removing mold from tile roof I would say the best it's ever looked Arrived for appointment as scheduled and were pleasant and professional to deal with I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again

    The owner was polite, arrived on time and reasonably priced. I have a tiled roof and had great concern about having someone walking on it. He ensured me he would use extreme caution and would take full responsibility which made me feel comfortable. The roof looks great!
