He came out to give me an estimate for installing solid bamboo floors the same day and started the project a few days later. He did a great job and gave me some advice on other areas of my house as well. He completed the job in the time promised. Cleaned up the job site and organized everything before he left everyday. He also called a couple times to follow up and make sure everything turned out ok. Very professional and a nice guy.

Where do I start ...... Like other positive reviews, Plamen was the first to make contact and visit the project site. He also gave me the most competitive price quotation. However, what impressed me was his dedication to satisfying customer needs and understanding of my project demands. With his professionalism, he has in me a customer for life. Plamen was extremely prompt in making an appointment to see the place and he worked very well with our timings and made many trips to remove damp carpet and check for moisture etc before proceeding with the work.
