I'M A FEMALE. MY MONEY SPENDS LIKE ANYBODY ELSE'S. HE WOULD SHOW UP AT THE END OF A DAY FOR AN HOUR - MAYBE 2. A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS, MAX, ENDED UP TAKING APPROXIMATELY 7 MONTHS, AND I HAD TO KEEP PHONING HIM, TO GET HIM TO SHOW UP TO FINISH THE JOB. CONSTANTLY ASKING FOR MONEY. MY ANSWER WAS, NOT UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE. FROM BEGINNING TO END, I ASKED FOR A CONTRACT. HE WAS GOING TO GET ME ONE...DOESN'T HAVE TIME YET. BY END, STILL HAD NO CONTRACT. AS THEY SAY, TIME IS MONEY, AND MY TEMPER, ALTHOUGH BOILING, WAS CONTROLLED SO HE WOULD FINISH THE JOB. I KNOW HE HAS THE ABILITY, BUT CAN'T FOCUS, & LOTS OF PERSONAL PROBLEMS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DOESN'T HELP WHEN RENTER IS FED UP TOO!

Had a negative experience with the company. Do not want someone else to go through what we did. Showed up 4 pm on Monday to look at work. Closet organizer to be installed. He said no problem and he could start right away. We agreed, said it would be $50 an hour. Said that was steep and we're on fixed income. Asked to bid on work instead of hourly and said he couldn't. Tried to re-negotiate. We agreed to $25 an hour instead. Starts working at 4:30, by 9 pm nothing was done besides take down old shelf that was up. I informed him he hadn't gotten far and he said he was bring someone by to help. His friend came and he was drunk and had a 3 legged dog with him.. Said the dog was special and goes everywhere with him, asked to keep him in our yard and we agreed. Felt uncomfortable went to check on them and they weren't doing any work. Proceeded to bring his dog into our home, then kept talking to my husband and I instead of doing work. Told Randy I didn't want his friend here any longer and to leave. Called my neighbor who is a cop and warned him I may call you if I have a problem. He got his "buddy" to leave, but before he left he said some very rude things to us before doing so. Randy finally left at midnight, did 8 hours of work and 10% of the job. Said he would be back in the morning at 9am. Called at 930 saying he would be late and there at 10 am. Didn't show up until 11am. Maybe got %15 more done of the work after working until 9 pm that day as well. Took 16 hours to do one cabinet.. Said once again he would be back, we called and said don't bother coming back to complete you can pick up your tools and I will write you a check. Wrote check for $400 for $25 an hour. He said no hard feeling as he left. Another person I hired had to fix the cabinet that he did initially... It was a freaking nightmare!

They are qualified in construction, some painting and plumbing. Pretty handy in misc.

He was very nice and did an awesome job. He worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied
