We had a damaged roof from the recent storm. They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Everyone was dedicated to providing the very best in customer service. Also, the quality of their work was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

We had several leaks in our steel roof. The leaks were confined to the south side of the house, and we weren't sure how many leaks there were or where they were. Pisgah Roofing & Restoration came by, assessed the situation, and scheduled a team of roofers to come by and fix the leaks. It's been a while since they came by to fix the roof, and we haven't had one leak since then! We are confident now that Pisgah Roofing & Restoration completely fixed our roof.

Were professional and efficient

Pisgah replaced the metal roof on our Church and asphalt roof on a shelter at the property. Billy Rankin worked closely with me throughout the project. The inside of the Church had to be repainted as well. We were very satisfied with the results.

2 weeks for a small roof and siding repair seems to mean weeks and counting with no word from company Wish I had not paid anything in advance.

Very pleased with everything. All workers were friendly. Job when started was done in a timely manner and workmanship is great. My only complaint is that there was some confusion about project, because the person who originally estimated the project moved and no longer worked for the company. This created a small bit of confusion. The other minor issue, was that there was no communication before the project. This doesnâ t make the experience negative, but it was a minor hiccup. Otherwise, AWESOME!

Do not use this company. We hired them, and from the get-go, we got the runaround about when they would start our job and that the person we talked to had originally left the company. They finally arrived 10 days ago to start the work and left two young men here. As of today, they have worked for 4 days and have not even finished the windows. I was told by the office that they do not work in the rain. I was hammered by one window so hard that it cracked the inside wall of my home. My husband spoke with the owner, and he said he would send more people. Still waiting. Update: It has been a month, and the pictures below show some of what still needs done. The light on the front has fallen off; they used two different kinds of siding, did not finish under the back door, and did not put screws back in where the hose is. And we waited all day for them to come. We get a call at 3.30 p.m. to tell us they have another new guy, and he says he will be out next week. Do not give them your business.

They came quickly to take care of a small repair other companies would not even consider. We will keep their number handy and hire them again.

Billy was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to try to accommodate our issue and needs. His team did a great job on our roofing project. We would recommend them and hire them again!

They responded to my inquiry within a few days. They were also very quick to come out to review the job to give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the job on time. I am extremely happy with my skylight replacements.
