Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
We hired Pitbull to install stairs into our attic, We feel like he was unprofessional, because he would not accept check or credit card, and the contract was very unprofessional also. No receipt given for the payments of labor in cash. In the process of demolition, he damaged some duct work which is going to cost us extra money, His punctuality was not great. He came late morning when he said he would be there early. We needed more supplies mid job, ordered through Home Depot, the order was delayed due to virus and they got frustrated that they came to our house without the supplies. He got agitated and started complaining and argued the fact that the job would be delayed as if it was our fault when he told us the day before he needed the extra supplies.

The workmanship was of good quality but the preparedness and customer service was questionable. He is definitely unprofessional dealing with a complaint with customers, taking no responsibility.
